Good Company

For its Opening Night Gala, the Fortuna Concert Series is delighted to present Good Company, whose members will create vivid images of Celtic landscapes, seascapes and peoples.

This well-known quartet, Sam McNeill, Ann Marie Woolley, Janet Finney, and Bob Stockwell, weave together the sounds of fiddle, cittern, cello, mandolin, flute, bodhran, accordion and guitar to entertain us with Irish airs, ballads, rollicking reels, jigs, sea chanteys, robust English songs and original compositions by Sam McNeill. Add traditional North American (Southern and Appalachian) folk music, and this concert promises to be a great beginning for a wonderful season.

The annual Champagne Reception will precede the concert at 7:15pm.
