The always popular Chaskinakuy is returning to the series for an opening-night performance of Music from the Andes. Deeply rooted in mountains that rise well above 10,000 feet, the traditional music from the Andes is both profoundly earthbound and joyously uplifting.

Multi-instrumentalists Edmond Badoux and Francy Vidal convey the compelling melodies and infectious rhythms from South America's Andean musical tradition. They have given hundreds of concert, music festival, and educational performances across the U.S., Canada, and Switzerland.
