Michael Gibbs and Glide

Michael is a well-known tenor soloist, having performed in the local area for more than thirty years at concerts, weddings, funerals, and church events. He not only sings, but plays piano, drums, and guitar, and composes music.

Joining Michael in the second part of the concert tonight will be Humboldt County musicians Gloria Gold, vocals; Ian Goble, vocals and guitar; Jay Byker, vocals and guitar; Aaron Souza, vocals and percussion; and Roger Sanderson, vocals and bass guitar. Together the group is known as Glide. The basic plan of the group is to experiment and perform vocal harmony-based music from the last half-century of popular music.

Concert time is 8:00 p.m. at the Fortuna Monday Club, 610 Main Street in Fortuna. Ticket prices are $8.00 General Admission and $6.00 Students and Seniors.
