Mike LaBolle is a creative multi-instrumentalist who can cover any style from jazz to country. He can hold down the bottom with congas and hand percussion or express himself melodically on the vibraphone. Mike plays in several bands of varying styles and teaches full time in Humboldt County schools.

The group will be performing original music that draws from many genres, yet embraces the jazz tradition. The multi-talented ensemble members---Mike LaBolle, vibraphone and drums; Susie Laraine, woodwinds; Tami Pallingston, bass; and Dave Wilson, guitar---have been involved in many musical groups throughout Humboldt County, for example: Mike is in Samba Alegria and Latin Keys, Susie hosts Jazz on Sundays at the Morris Graves Museum and Jazz Night at Muddy's Hot Cup, Tami plays in Cuckoo's Nest and the CR and HSU Jazz Orchestras, and Dave plays with the Hall Street Honkers and the Casa Blanca Trio.

Concert time is 8:00 p.m. at the Fortuna Monday Club, 610 Main Street in Fortuna. Ticket prices are $8.00 General Admission and $6.00 Students and Seniors.
